It's a Starbucks so if you have been to one you know what it's like, the staff are always polite and friendly and the atmosphere's good here, plenty of space and comfy chairs and never really noisy even when school's out. My favourite Starbucks. Update...After visiting daily for a few years changed to 5 stars as coffee is the best prepared in all the Starbucks I've visited and am always greeted with a smile and friendly comment.

Starbucks is like a little haven for coffee lovers and anyone needing a cozy spot to relax or work. The warm, comforting smell of freshly brewed coffee greets you as soon as you walk in—it’s the kind of aroma that just makes your day better. The baristas are super friendly and approachable, often adding a personal touch to your visit with a cheerful smile or by remembering your favorite order. The drinks menu has something for everyone, whether you’re into classic lattes or excited to try the newest seasonal creations. If coffee isn’t your thing, their teas and refreshing cold drinks are great options. The snacks and treats, from flaky croissants to tasty sandwiches, are the perfect little pick-me-ups to go along with your drink. What makes Starbucks special is the atmosphere. It’s the kind of place where you can catch up with friends, study for hours, or just take a moment to yourself. Sure, it can get busy sometimes, but that’s part of the charm—it’s a bustling little hub filled with energy. With great drinks, welcoming service, and a relaxed vibe, Starbucks feels like a familiar friend you can always count on. It’s a go-to that never disappoints!

I have visited this Starbucks a few days ago. It was refurbished and I wanted to see how is the new look from inside. The press button for wheelchair was not working, someone had to help me to get in. I ordered my coffee very quickly and everyone were friendly with good customer service. Once I have found a place to seat, I could not hear my child as very noisy and as one of the reviewers said very echoing. what I hate the most is the smell of coffee on my clothes when I leave the place, they should open the door sometimes just to have fresh air.

Not an exceptional Starbucks, but certainly one of the better ones. It's bright and clean. There're seats by all the windows, and there are plenty of them. All very pleasant but nothing special hence my 4 star rating.

I ordered a few items from starbucks Teddington, however the first order the straws were missed out by the driver but BEATA very kindly spoke to me on the phone authorised a refund as we couldn't drink the frapaccuinos. I ordered again today and not only the drinks are spot on, extra straws and also a muffin as a thank you. Beata you have been a star and I really appreciate it

A lovely place to come to get out of the winter wind. We had a chai tea latte and a caramel macchiato. Both were good. It is very spacious in the shop which is a lot better in comparison to other coffee places now a days. The only thing was that there was cups and rubbish left on a few tables which the staff could have cleaned away as they weren’t too busy.

This is my favourite starbucks in the area. My dad and I come here nearly every Sunday to relax and catch up. Lovely chilled atmosphere and comfy seats. It's much more spacious than other starbucks such as Surbiton and Kingston. Great coffee too! Plus the customer service has always been brilliant here.
